Deutsche Aircraft Unveils its D328eco Test Aircraft

4 min read

Deutsche Aircraft proudly introduced the first D328eco test aircraft (TAC 1) at its Airtech Campus headquarters in Oberpfaffenhofen, Germany.

The aircraft rollout marks a key moment for eco-friendly regional aviation. This milestone follows the announcement of the initial fuselage cut at the Farnborough International Airshow in July 2024.

The D328eco programme is steadily advancing, driving the future of efficient, sustainable, and connected regional air travel.

Building on the Dornier 328 Legacy

Building on the trusted legacy of the Dornier 328, the D328eco is an evolved aircraft, not a new design from scratch.

It offers improved fuel efficiency, reduced emissions, enhanced performance, and a better passenger experience while maintaining the reliability and versatility operators have valued for over 30 years.
