London Radar Goes Offline; Major Delays & Disruption Begins

Airspace Reopens to full capacity; delays remain in place

Shanwick has now confirmed that the London Control Centre is fully operational again and operating at 100% capacity, however the delays the temporary closure has caused will likely be felt into the night. Heathrow is currently showing delays of around 35 minutes for departures, with diverted flights also needing to make their way back home.
