Boundaries are extremely important for our mental and emotional health. Healthy boundaries help us to know what we want and what we do not. Setting healthy boundaries, not just with others, but also with ourselves is important in maintaining sanity and happiness in life. “Honouring your boundaries does not mean abandoning your relationships.
