WN6080 has started it’s descent, and is tracking towards the direction of Atlanta.

N496WN, the aircraft that is involved in the emergency onboard Southwest Airlines flight WN6080 between Valparaiso and Dallas is a 19.3 year old Boeing 737-700, as per Planespotters.
Of the 737-700 variant, the airline has 382 of them in the fleet, of which all but 11 are in active service.
Furthermore, average fleet age for the variant at the airline stands at 18.6 years.

@FlightEmergency on X reports that there was a fire indication in the wheel well of the 737 aircraft.
